Organic Rosemary Essential Oil (multiple use)

100%pure organic rosemary essential oil.

HOW TO USE

Dilution:Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finish blend, typical  20 drops of 1ml of essential oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% diluted for use on body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy. 

Massage: use in a massage blend with a carrier oil, to enjoy the invigorating and rejuvenating power of Rosemary oil. We recommend sweet almond, Grape-seed or coconut oil.

Skincare :Add a couple of drops to your cleanser, toner or moisturiser. 
Haircare:Add a couple of drops to your shampoo or try creating an intensive hair mask combining organic Rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil. We recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the calming yet uplifting aroma of organic Rosemary oil.

DIY Beauty: Use as an ingredient in your homemade lotion, balm, cream and serum.

Green  Cleansing :Add 10 drops to 50mls of white vinegar in a spray bottle and use as a multiple purpose air freshener and surface cleaner.Add to 20 drops or1ml to 100ml of organic Castile soap for an anti-bacteria hand  wash/ dish soap.
