Ordering and payment FAQS
Q. I have placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email?
If you cannot see this in your inbox, please check your junk folder for the email address used, just in case it has been filed there in error.
Q. Can I amend an existing order?
As soon as we receive an order, we aim to dispatch the item very quickly. Once an order has been dispatched, we are on able to make any amendments. Should you need to make any changes to when you order please send us an email or contact our helpline via WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will certainly do all we can to assist.
Q. Are my details safe when shopping on your site?
We can assure you that your payment details are 100% safe and secure. Our payments are carried out by stripe and PayPal, they are all reputable companies and they are 100% safe and secure. We do not see your payments details.
Delivery FAQS
Q. How Will my order be sent to me.
At the point of dispatch you will receive an email confirmation the content and method of delivery for your order. This email will also contain the delivery Courier and in some cases tracking number for you to track your order.
Q. When can I expect to receive my delivery?
Most deliveries are received in (1-4 working days to the UK) and (4-10 days to Europe) rest of the world ( 7-15 days).
Q. My office is now closed, so can I redirect my parcel to a different address?
If your parcel has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change the address or redirect the parcel. However, if the nominated address is closed and a delivery attempt fails, you are able to contact the delivery provider and request re-delivery to an alternative address.
You can also collect your parcel from your local depo or you can redirected the parcel to your local post office for collection.
